Butterball Ground Turkey Hacks
Dive into these ingenious hacks to elevate your Butterball ground turkey dishes, ensuring they’re flavorful, juicy, and simply unforgettable
Season It Generously
Seasoning is the first step when you want to upgrade the flavor of whatever it is you are cooking. It’s a simple and effective way to up the flavor and turn a dull dish into a delicious feast. When it comes to Butterball ground turkey, feel free to mix and match and experiment with seasonings.
Butterball ground turkey is very gentle-flavored, making it the perfect foundation for seasoning. I usually add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, but you can add whatever you think would fit well in your meal.
Cook Cautiously
No matter how delicious you make your Butterball ground turkey mixture, you can still mess it up if you cook it too aggressively. Ground turkey is fragile, and it needs a gentle approach to be cooked properly.
If you fry it, do so in a non-stick pan at medium heat. If you bake it, make sure it has enough fat and moisture surrounding it so that it doesn’t dry up and lose flavor and juiciness.
Add Flavor-Boosters
It is always a good idea to add some cheese, olives, scallions, grated garlic, or some chopped peppers when preparing your Butterball ground turkey. These additional ingredients will boost the flavor of the meat and make a little texture play.
I love my butterball ground turkey mixed with a few crunchy pepper chunks combined with juicy, gooey cheese. Trust me; you will enjoy it. You can also combine flavor boosters with amazing seasoning!
Marinate
Marinating is one of the best ways to make your Butterball ground turkey taste better. It will not only add flavor, but it will also tenderize the meat, making it soft and juicy. Just pour your marinating mixture over the ground turkey meat and let it do its magic.
I use whatever I can think of as marinade, so whatever you decide goes. My favorite marinade is definitely garlic water, but you can simply mix oil and spices, and you’ll have the perfect marinating mix.
Up the Fattiness
Although irresistibly delicious, sometimes Butterball ground turkey can be a little dry because turkey meat is naturally lean. In this case, you can add some melted butter to the mix, some oil, or mix it with fattier ground meat, such as ground beef or pork.
