- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 5 ounces Gouda cheese
- 1¾ ounces ham
- 1¾ ounces pepperoni

Instructions
