Costco Chicken Alfredo Improved
- 1 pack Costco Chicken Alfredo
- 4 Bell Peppers
- 12 Asparaguses (medium)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- Cook the Costco Chicken Alfredo according to the instructions on the package.
- Slice the peppers, and set them on a baking sheet along with asparagus.
- Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and roast for 8-10 minutes in the oven until fork tender.
- Once ready, add them to your dish just before serving!
