Costco All Meat Lasagna Improved
- 1 Baking sheet
- 1 pack Costco All Meat Lasagna
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 1 Jalapeno
- ½ cup Grated Cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Chop the veggies and sprinkle them on top of your Costco lasagna.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the veggies — I used Cheddar.
- Place the lasagna pan onto the baking sheet, put it into the oven, and cook for 2 hours, or until hot.
- When it's done, take it out of the oven, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy alone, or combine it with a freshly made salad. Bon appetit!
