Easter Charcuterie Board RecipePin

This weekend, I was making charcuterie board for pre-Easter brunch with my friends and it turned out SUPER CUTE! I wanted to share it with you, of course, so here is my Easter Charcuterie Board! I will list everything I used for it, but you can definitely choose whatever you love to eat. The cheese bunny in the middle is my favorite thing ever and I was so sad to see it go…

P.S. I found this bunny pastry in my local bakery and just had to incorporate it here!

Easter Charcuterie Board

Author: Laura Bais
This is the Easter Charcuterie Board you have never known you needed! I made a bunny from three cheese varieties, salami flowers, and a mini meadow out of parsley and mini carrots. The dip for vegetables is super simple and Greek yogurt-based, to add some neutral, light flavors, too. Of course, I had to add some chocolate, so I chose mini Easter bunnies and chickens.

Ingredients

  • 1 Camembert cheese
  • 1 ball fresh mozzarella
  • 3.5 oz turkey salami
  • 5 strawberries
  • ½ cucumber
  • a handful fresh parsley
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • bunny chocolates (to taste)
  • 4 crackers
  • 1 brioche pastry
  • ½ cup feta (cubed)
  • ¼ cup blueberry jam
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices soft cheese (any you like)(I used Géramont.)
  • ¼ cups mixed nuts

Dipping

  • 7 oz Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Make a Cheese Bunny

  • Place camembert cheese in the middle of the board to act like a bunny's body. Place a fresh mozzarella as a head.
  • Use 2 slices of soft for legs. Top them with slices of strawberry to look like paws.
  • For ears, cut 4 slices of soft cheese and make a set of ears. Cut each a bit in the bottom, so they can connect seamlessly.
  • Use a tiny mozzarella ball as a tail.

Make Salami Flowers

  • Fold salami four times in a triangle and arrange them into a circle. Place the piece of baby carrot in the middle, so it looks like a flower.

Make Cheese Tulips

  • Use circular slices of provolone cheese. Fold them in the middle and roll, so they look like tulips.

Make a Dip

  • Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh dill. Place the dip into a souffle bowl.

Assemble the Board

  • Place fresh parsley under the bunny and circle it with baby carrots, so it looks like a meadow. In the middle, place feta cubes.
  • Place a dip and salami flower on one side and the other salami flower on the other side of the board.
  • Between ears, place crackers and a brioche pastry in the empty space above.
  • On the sides of the bunny, place slices of cucumber, halved strawberries, grapes, and broccoli flowers. Place a tiny jar of jam next to it.
  • Place provolone cheese tulips between "the meadow" and salami flower.
  • Fill empty spaces with chocolates and nuts.
