Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice ciabatta bread
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp stracciatella cheese
  • 3 slices Williams pear
  • arugula
  • splash of honey

Instructions
 

  • Spread the butter on the ciabatta and lightly brown it in a pan to bring out a toasty flavor.
