To prepare this tasty meal for 2 people, you will need 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to sear 4 pieces of pork chops (approximately 10 oz) first and then use it to stew 1 onion and cook 250 g (around 8.8 oz) mushrooms of your choice. While I used champignons, you can use either your favorite white or brown mushrooms. 

You will also need ½ cup of water to simmer the pork chops, as well as 200 g (7 oz ) fresh spinach and 1 cup heavy cream for the creaminess. Of course, you can’t prepare the meal without some seasoning, including, in this case, salt, pepper, and powdered garlic.

To make these creamy keto pork chops, you just need to follow a few simple steps:

Step 1: Preparing the Pork Chops

Let the pork chops absorb the seasoning for at least half an hour after seasoning with salt, pepper, and powdered garlic. In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil, and add pork chops to cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked. Use that time to chop the mushrooms. When done, remove the pork chops from the pan and make room for the next step.

Step 2: Adding Mushrooms

Use the same oil to which you will add the onion and stew it for 5 minutes. After that, add mushrooms and stir for a minute before putting the pork chops back into the pan and pouring the water. Leave the lid half open and let everything for 10 minutes to simmer. 

Step 3: Finishing the Dish

As the mushrooms and pork chops cook, cut the spinach into strips. After 10 minutes, add heavy cream, spinach, and a pinch of salt and pepper. In 15 minutes, you’ll have a delicious meal! Make sure it is warm before serving.
