Here is one quick and easy lunch idea: keto pork chops with mushrooms and spinach. This meal is so creamy that you can eat it alone or with some side dish like pasta or mashed potatoes.
Let the pork chops absorb the seasoning for at least half an hour after seasoning with salt, pepper, and powdered garlic.
In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil, and add pork chops to cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked. Use that time to chop the mushrooms.
When done, remove the pork chops from the pan and make room for the next step.
Use the same oil to which you will add the onion and stew it for 5 minutes.
After that, add mushrooms and stir for a minute before putting the pork chops back into the pan and pouring the water. Leave the lid half open and let everything for 10 minutes to simmer.
