Easy Melt In Your Mouth Tender Succulent Seasoned Chicken Breasts in Under 45 Minutes – 4 Ingredients
All i can say is wow i finally cooked this chicken recipe and was so glad I did. I was visiting my family down south and decided to take the bold step to bake this recipe. Its quick easy and tastes so succulent and tender. The chicken is melt in your mouth and the flavors are indescribably delicious. I got praise all around and not a single piece was left on the plate.
I found that baking it for 35 minutes was more than enough time. I didn’t want to over-bake as it could become too dry. If you want a browner finish with the topping just place it under the grill for a couple of minutes before serving.
As you can see there are only a few ingredients so its super easy and there really is not too much to it. Most of the ingredients you should already have in your fridge and pantry.
Above is what the mixture looks like before you spread it over the chicken breasts. Full recipe below.
I placed a little olive oil onto the baking dish but if you want a quick and easy cleanup just place the chicken breasts onto a piece of tin foil. When cooked you can just dispose of the tun foil and the baking dish is pretty much clean. If you don’t use tin foil like me above then you have to scrape and the dish to get rid of any mixture that may slide off the chicken during the baking process.
