- 1.1 lbs cauliflower
- 1.4 oz Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 4.4 oz mozzarella
- 2.5 oz Gouda cheese
- 1 green onion
Instructions
- Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor or similar chopper until it is finely chopped. Spread it out on a piece of parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
