Why Gal Gadot’s (41) Skin Looks Like That (Hint: It’s Not Her Skincare)

Gal Gadot has the kind of skin that makes people stop mid-scroll and stare. The Israeli actress behind ‘Wonder Woman’ and ‘Snow White’ has talked openly about what creates that glow, and the answer starts in the kitchen, not the bathroom cabinet.
The Diet Behind the Glow
Gadot follows a Mediterranean diet rooted in her Israeli upbringing, building most of her meals around a large share of vegetables, lean protein, and a small amount of quality carbs. Her plates are heavy on greens first, then fish or chicken, finished generously with olive oil and lemon.
Big salads, grilled fish, and shakshuka, the Israeli breakfast of poached eggs cooked in spiced tomato sauce, are everyday staples for her. She also makes green smoothies with parsley, celery, green apple, and ginger for her family most mornings.
Snacks lean just as clean: bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, avocado toast, and fresh fruit throughout the day round out a diet that looks effortless because, for her, it genuinely is.
The Rule She Never Breaks
Gadot is famously devoted to hydration, and has said plainly that no moisturizer can fix what dehydration does to skin from the inside out. She drinks water throughout the day, keeps an Evian face spray on set, and adds freshly squeezed orange juice and green juice to her daily routine.
She also never sleeps in makeup, which she has said is completely non-negotiable, no matter how late the day runs.
What Gal Gadot has figured out is something nutritionists have been saying for years: glowing skin is mostly an inside job. The Mediterranean plate she grew up with, packed with anti-inflammatory olive oil, omega-rich fish, and fresh vegetables, happens to be one of the most skin-friendly diets on earth.
And she did not discover it in a wellness app. She just never stopped eating the way she was raised.
