She looks like she could be in her early thirties. She has the energy of someone half her age, and the woman behind some of the most iconic wedding gowns in history apparently has no plans to slow down.

The question everyone keeps asking is simple: what on earth is she eating?

The Kitchen That Breaks Every Rule

Forget the green juice and the spartan fridge. Wang’s kitchen is stocked with not one but multiple refrigerators, including an ice cream freezer, a soda fridge, and a healthy fridge.

And yes, there is a designated freezer just for ice cream. Alongside the fridges, there is also a candy pantry, a cereal pantry, and an entire pantry dedicated exclusively to what Wang calls “orange food,” stocked with Cheetos, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish, and all kinds of chips. She has described herself, without any apology, as a chip freak.

McDonald’s Is Basically a Food Group

The indulgence does not stop at the pantry. Wang revealed that she eats McDonald’s absolutely, ordering it every day for stretches of two weeks at a time before switching to something else.

She also has a deep affection for Dunkin’ Donuts, specifically the cream-filled, sugar-coated variety, and she is particularly fond of the pink one with sprinkles. For anyone who grew up believing the road to eternal youth was paved with kale and cold-pressed everything, this is a lot to take in.

But There Is a Flip Side

Wang is not entirely without discipline. She told Harper’s Bazaar that she never misses a meal because she needs to feed her brain, rotating between sashimi with brown rice, Chinese steamed broccoli with chicken, and fresh fish from her favorite spots around the city.

She also gave up Diet Coke years ago and now drinks only water, describing it as the hardest thing she has ever done. So the woman does have limits. They just do not apply to Cheetos.

The Real Secret Is Simpler Than You Think

Beyond the food, Wang has been remarkably consistent about what she credits most. She sums her whole approach up as work, sleep, a vodka cocktail, and not much sun, with work being the ingredient she returns to again and again.

She has said that keeping busy is the best antidote for good health, pointing to long hours and decades of building her brand as the real engine behind her energy. Maybe the freezer full of ice cream is not the secret after all, and maybe the real magic is simply loving what you do so much that everything else, including the Goldfish crackers and the pink sprinkle donut, just becomes part of the joy of being alive.
