Unlike a lot of viral wellness advice, this one does not require a gadget, a subscription or a strict schedule. Beans, oats, berries, leafy greens and lentils all quietly do the job.

Sometimes the habit worth paying attention to really is the boring one. Fiber may not be flashy, but it keeps showing up in the research for a reason.
