The Diet Behind Michelle Pfeiffer’s (68) Ageless Glow

She is currently starring in ‘The Madison’ on Paramount+, and she somehow still looks like she has not aged a single day since ‘Scarface.’ Michelle Pfeiffer’s complexion has been the subject of fascination for decades, and the answer is less about expensive treatments and more about what is actually on her plate.

Her eating habits have evolved significantly over the years, and the full picture is more interesting than a simple green juice routine.

From Vegan to Paleo

For years, Pfeiffer was fully committed to a plant-based lifestyle. She credited veganism directly for her glowing complexion, saying that switching to plants helped her avoid toxins that age both skin and body, and that she noticed a visible difference shortly after making the switch.

Eventually, she described her vegan chapter as just that, a chapter, moving on to a paleo-style diet built around lean meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds.

Her current approach cuts out processed foods, grains, legumes, and dairy entirely. She drinks at least two litres of water daily and favors matcha green tea over anything sugary.

The Breakfast That Says It All

Pfeiffer takes breakfast seriously, making that clear when she shared a photo of her morning plate on Instagram, captioning it “Breakfast of champions.” The spread included avocado, trout eggs, chestnut bread, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. The cayenne is a regular addition, used for its reported metabolism-supporting properties.

She does not deprive herself completely, though. The occasional bag of peanut M&Ms or a homemade cherry pie shows up on her social media, and she openly enjoys wine and tequila in the evenings.

The Favorite Food Nobody Expected

When it comes to her all-time favorite food, Pfeiffer keeps it decidedly casual. She told Good Housekeeping she could live on chips and salsa, and would choose a Mexican meal over fancy French cuisine any day of the week.

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital for ‘The Madison’, she put it plainly. “I take care of myself. I eat really well. I quit smoking early enough,” she said. No fad diets, no miracle ingredients, just steady habits and chips and salsa when the mood strikes.
