Do you think you’re much like me?  Are you able to have breakfast for just about any meal throughout the day?  Fresh Omelets for supper.  Bagels for dinner.  Hot cakes for the evening snack.  Breakfast time, the very best meal of the day.  Well, nearly.  I actually do not enjoy eggs in the morning.

I made a decision this week, instead of making hot cakes for supper, I would personally create a true breakfast for my dessert.  Spicy Sugar Cinnamon roll cupcakes!

A fairly easy vanilla cake, along with layers of cinnamon brown sugar, capped along with a coating of butter cream cheese frosting.  All of these small goodies tasted much like the breakfast buns I can not keep my fingers off.  Anytime I bake a batch of spicy sugar cinnamon rolls, I usually have no less than two.  I realize they’re around a zillion calories each, I cannot help myself.

Those cupcakes ended up being precisely what I needed and I was basically completely content with just one.

These cupcakes truly taste just like the breakfast treat i love!  Even while I really could stop myself at only a single cupcake, I actually realized that I could not keep them in the home.  I dispatched these to my boyfriend at work and he fed these to his colleagues, in the morning!  This particular recipe will make A dozen cupcakes.  The actual butter cream cheese frosting literally made a sizable batch and so I had a considerable amount remaining.  Trim the recipe by one half unless you wish to be eating it by the spoonful for the remainder of the week!

I’m Julie. This is where my love of cupcakes, digital photography as well as writing comes to life! How did this recipe thing all begin? In November of 2012, I made the decision that I needed to keep a log of my recipes, so I started a simple recipe blog. This beautiful collection of cupcakes and cafe delights continues to grow every week and I can’t wait to see where it is 5 years down the road. My grandma encouraged all of my baking. At family gatherings with well over 250 individuals the midst of absolutely no where, she consistently was able to create perfect cherry cobblers along with other goodies for dessert over the campfire. It seemed to be like magic for me.
