Protein Pancakes Without Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1 scoop Protein Powder You can use any flavor, but I suggest Cookies & Cream, Banana, or Chocolate.
- 2/3 cup Oats
- 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix it for about a minute until you get an even texture.
- Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat. If you are not sure if the pancakes will stick to it, you can use cooking spray oil. However, try to avoid any fats to skip these extra, unnecessary calories.
- Once the pan is warm enough, pour some mixture on it. Don't pour too much because it would be difficult to turn the pancakes.
- Bake each pancake for about two minutes, until you see the bubbles, then turn them and bake for another minute.
- Serve your protein pancakes with fruits, low-calorie jam, or just eat them without the spread. They are tasty in any way.
What Are Some Baking Powder Substitutes for Pancakes?
Baking powder is used to make them fluffy and softer. One of the tricks I used to obtain the most delicate pancakes without baking powder is buttermilk. Don’t underestimate this product, which puts the result on another level. Maybe the pancakes won’t double volume, but they will melt in your mouth in the first bite.
