- 2 rolls e.g. kaiser rolls
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅕ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp sparkling water

- Break the rolls into several pieces and soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes.
