Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 pound cauliflower (1 whole cauliflower)
- 1 egg
- 1.5 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

- 2.5 ounces cream cheese or cottage cheese

- 8.8 ounces tomato passata
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
Toppings
- 2.5 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 2.5 ounces chicken salami sliced
- 3.2 ounces Gouda cheese shredded
- A few fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Preparing the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and chop the cauliflower into florets, then pulse in a food processor until it resembles grains of rice.
- Spread the cauliflower on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
