I like to call this a Turkish pizza, but (Italians, don’t read this!) even better! The boat-shaped crust is thin, aromatic, and filled with all the different toppings. This is the recipe with spinach and cheese, but you can go with chicken breasts in sauce, ground beef or turkey, egg, fresh cheese, mushrooms…

The pide is crisp on the bottom, and filled with whatever toppings you desire. I have filled mine with mozzarella, feta (beyaz peynir – white cheese) and spinach.
