  • 1 teaspoon salt (for the water)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1.75 oz cornstarch
  • 4.4 oz mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potato cubes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  • Drain and mash the potatoes, then add the salt and sugar.
  • Let the mixture cool, then stir in the cornstarch.
