Kids are the most demanding crowd to cook for, as they usually love the same pretty unhealthy foods like chicken nuggets, burgers, pizza, and sweets. You can still prepare all of these foods for them with high-quality nutritional ingredients.

When you expose them to whole, unprocessed foods early in life, they will grow to like fresh, flavorful produce. Of course, a clean diet doesn’t mean excluding all of the “fun” foods; just scroll down for ideas! I listed some clean-eating recipes your kids will love – from burgers over pasta to pancakes!
