What Does Undercooked Turkey Taste Like?
A fully-cooked turkey is supposed to be juicy and rich in flavors. By contrast, undercooked turkey is not even close to this. Undercooked turkey is usually chewy and without any particular flavors.
If you have included seasoning, you will not be able to taste any of it since there will be no time for the meat to absorb the flavors.
