The Raw Diet That Keeps Miranda Kerr (43) Feeling Her Best

Supermodels get plenty of unsolicited diet advice thrown their way, but Miranda Kerr has been fairly open about what actually works for her. Long before she became known for Victoria’s Secret campaigns, she studied nutrition, and that background still shows up in how she eats.
Her approach leans heavily on raw, unprocessed ingredients rather than anything trendy or restrictive. Keep reading to see what an actual day on her plate looks like.
Mornings Built Around a Specific Routine
Kerr starts most days with hot water and lemon before moving on to a cold pressed green juice made with kale, spinach, cucumber and celery. Breakfast itself usually comes down to eggs, mostly because they are quick and simple.
A protein shake rounds things out, built from chia seeds, goji berries and raw cacao rather than a processed powder. It is a routine with a lot of steps, but none of them require much actual cooking.
Raw and Green Whenever Possible
Kerr has said she was raised eating this way, which is part of why sticking to it now feels manageable rather than restrictive. She has pointed to raw enzymes in fresh produce like kale, spinach, fennel and avocado as something she genuinely enjoys.
She does still eat meat occasionally, so the diet is not a strict all or nothing rule. Most of her meals simply lean toward whatever is freshest and least processed.
A Ratio She Tries to Stick To
Behind the scenes, Kerr has described aiming for a rough split of eighty percent alkaline foods, mostly fruits and vegetables, against twenty percent more acidic ones like meat and processed items. Coconut oil shows up often too, swapped in for other oils in cooking and salads.
It is less about hitting an exact number every day and more about keeping the overall balance tilted toward fresh produce. That framework gives her some flexibility without abandoning the raw focused approach entirely.
The Snacks Doing More Than People Realize
A handful of specific ingredients show up again and again in how she snacks, including tamari almonds, goji berries and cacao powder. She has credited these smaller additions with providing minerals like magnesium along with a steady source of antioxidants.
Raw dark chocolate makes an appearance too, which she has admitted is more of a weakness than a strategic choice. Even a diet built around discipline still leaves room for the occasional treat.
None of this requires a supermodel budget or a personal chef to attempt. A green juice, a handful of almonds and a little more raw produce on the plate covers most of the actual habit.
