The glow. The body. The skin. Sydney Sweeney has become one of Hollywood’s most watched faces, and everyone wants to know what is actually going on behind the scenes. From ‘Euphoria’ to ‘The White Lotus’ to her jaw-dropping boxing transformation for ‘Christy’, the answer turns out to be both surprising and wonderfully relatable.

No extreme diets. No off-limits food groups. Just a real, balanced approach to eating that she has talked about openly across multiple interviews, and it is way more fun than most celebrity diets.

The Breakfast She Never Compromises On

No matter what the day ahead looks like, Sweeney always starts with berries. She told the Wall Street Journal that her morning bowl features berries, sometimes granola, sometimes bacon, sometimes a croissant, but the berries are always there.

On hungrier mornings, it becomes a full bowl of berries with eggs and a bagel, or a croissant toast loaded with cinnamon sugar and honey butter. Comfort and color on one plate.

The Drink That Does the Heavy Lifting

Sweeney has never tried coffee and drinks almost exclusively water throughout the entire day. She does not drink alcohol either, describing herself simply as a water person.

She does not drink soda or sugary beverages either. Cutting out empty liquid calories is one of the most underrated glow habits in Hollywood, and Sweeney has been doing it for years without thinking twice.

What Lands on Her Plate at Lunch and Dinner

For lunch, Sweeney reaches for something hearty and protein-rich, like a chicken Caesar salad or a cheeseburger. She is not interested in eating small.

Dinners tend to be lighter and nourishing, with fish or chicken paired with vegetables and a grain, often cooked in truffle oil or olive oil. Italian is her go-to when eating out, and she will never turn down a good pasta.

The Sweet Tooth She Refuses to Hide

Here is the part everyone loves. Sweeney is genuinely, proudly obsessed with sugar and makes no apologies about it. As she told Women’s Health, “I love my sugar. I love my candy. I love my cookies and ice cream.”

Her ultimate treat is a pizookie, a warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream melted on top. Swedish Fish and gummies are her go-to energy boost instead of coffee.

The Body Behind the Balance

Sweeney has trained in MMA from a young age and once competed in grappling tournaments, taking first place against fighters from a heavier weight class. It is not a hobby. It is a foundation.

She attends Solidcore two to three times a week, walks her rescue dog Tank around four miles daily, and trains five to six days a week blending boxing, strength work, and cardio. Her physical transformation for ‘Christy’ included morning weight sessions, midday kickboxing, and evening strength training all in a single day.

Sweeney is not following a plan she found online, and she is not quietly starving herself between red carpets. She eats what she loves, drinks only water, moves her body every single day, and somehow makes all of it look effortless. That, it turns out, is the whole secret.
