Does Khloe Kardashian (41) Know How to Cook?

She is known for her immaculate pantry, her iconic cookie jar collection, and a kitchen so perfectly organized it belongs in a home design magazine. But when it comes to actual cooking, the question is whether Khloe Kardashian is truly behind the stove or just very good at arranging what goes near it. The truth, as it usually is with Khloe, is more layered than it looks.
Where the Cooking Confidence Came From
Khloe did not stumble into the kitchen by accident. She was put there by her mom. Growing up, Kris Jenner made her cook regularly for her younger sisters Kendall and Kylie, and the experience clearly left a mark.
In a post on her website covered by Refinery29, she reflected on exactly that, writing that Kris gave her a genuine love of cooking and the confidence to go with it. “Cooking is all about confidence!” she wrote, crediting her mother for the foundation entirely.
The Real Star of the Kardashian Kitchen
Day-to-day, the family leans heavily on Chef K, the professional name of private chef Khristianne Uy, who told E! News she works across the entire family for everything from Kris Jenner’s holiday tables to birthday parties and everyday meals.
Her approach is built around low sugar, high protein, and healthy carbs as the baseline for every single dish she puts on the table.
The go-to family late-night snack, she has revealed, is a grilled cheese paired with tomato bisque to soak up whatever the evening called for.
When it comes to cooking for Khloe specifically, Chef K told Robb Report she keeps things strictly to chicken breast and turkey as her protein options, in line with Khloe’s high-protein, dairy-free eating approach. Big family gatherings rotate through Italian, Mexican, and Asian cuisines, and Chef K handles all of it.
The Pasta She Actually Makes Herself
Khloe does step into the kitchen on her own terms. She shared her Four Cheese Garlic White Cream Pasta recipe on Kourtney’s Poosh website, a richly satisfying spaghetti dish built around mozzarella, provolone, white cheddar, and asiago with minced garlic and heavy cream.
It is indulgent, completely unapologetic, and entirely at odds with her otherwise clean diet, which honestly makes it more endearing.
She also cooks regularly with her daughter True, sharing videos of the two of them experimenting in the kitchen together. Khloe has spoken about wanting to pass on the same kitchen confidence her mother gave her, and from the looks of it, the tradition is already well underway.
Khloe Kardashian can absolutely cook. She just also happens to have a world-class private chef, a pantry that could make professional organizers weep, and a four-cheese pasta recipe she is clearly not embarrassed about at all.
