Vegan Valentine’s Day Desserts to Share with Your Loved Ones
If you’re seeking some vegan Valentine’s Day desserts, I’ve got you! Of course, all of them are in shades of pink and red, with some chocolate and fresh fruit. I chose tons of different desserts for the list, from classic cookies and cake over tart and pie to decadent mousse and parfaits.
There is definitely a fair share of berries-based recipes, but you can swap them for some other pink or red fruit like pink pineapple, red cherries, pomegranate, or dragon fruit. As always, I found some no-bake, no-cook recipes for those who love something quick and refreshing, so there is something for everyone!

Vegan Berry Custard Toast
Breakfast in bed is the epitome of romance, so it is a must to start this list with the berry custard toast. The base is sourdough bread, topped with berry-coconut yogurt and fresh berries. The shades of pink and red are fabulous!
Vegan Strawberry Custard Pie
For me, the pie is the queen of desserts! The filling is overflowing with fresh strawberries, lemon juice, and coconut custard – it definitely tends to be on the runnier side, so if that is not your cup of tea, skip this recipe. P.S. If you don’t fancy strawberries, you can swap them with any other berry or cherries.
Vegan Chocolate Valentine’s Cupcakes
This is definitely a unique ingredient fusion, as the recipe calls for brown rice flour, tapioca starch, coconut sugar, and canned “lite” coconut milk. The red icing filling won me over – it is such a nice, eye-catching touch!
Vegan Pink Cinnamon Rolls
Pink cinnamon rolls are a perfect treat for colder days with a cup of piping hot tea. The dough is standard with a few drops of pink food coloring, while the filling is slightly tangy with raspberries, strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries. The frosting is also spot on!
Vegan Raspberry Mousse
Check out this recipe for two varieties of this magnificent raspberry mousse – cashew and coconut-based. There are a few ingredients only – fresh raspberries, vanilla extract, maple syrup, lemon juice, aquafaba, and coconut cream or cashew butter.
Vegan Blood Orange Custard Tart
Hey, blood orange lovers, this will be your favorite treat ever! The crust is basic, but the filling is super bold-flavored with coconut milk, blood orange juice, fresh blood oranges, and candied blood oranges – the layers of tartness are fabulous!
Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream
If you never had coconut cream and condensed coconut milk-based ice cream, this is your sign to change that! This is the perfect fusion of flavors with fresh strawberries, coconut, vanilla, and lime juice to add a touch of zestiness.
Vegan Raspberry Bounty Bars
Bounty bar is one of my favorite candies, so when I saw this recipe in pink, I knew I had to share it with you! It is definitely a healthier variety than store-bought ones, with desiccated coconut, creamed coconut, freeze-dried raspberries for the color, and pure maple syrup. I love the thick layer of vegan chocolate!
Vegan Raspberry Macarons
Who could resist this wonderful color combo?! I sure wouldn’t! If you’re wondering how to get this shade of red, the secret is mixing powdered freeze-dried raspberries in silky buttercream. Plus, there is a raspberry jam in the middle for even more flavor!
Vegan Madeleines
French people know romance, so it is only logical to list madeleines, aka mini French cakes, here! The recipe is simple and traditional but with vegan ingredients. It is nothing fancy; however, the end result is shell-shaped decadence!
Strawberry Heart Vegan Yogurt Parfaits for Valentine’s Day
This is probably the fanciest way you can say “I love you” – heart-shaped strawberries simply scream romance! This is actually an incredibly healthy dessert/breakfast option with raspberry chia jam, fresh strawberries, vegan yogurt, and homemade granola.
Rhubarb Rose Dark Chocolate Parfaits
Rhubarb is actually a top-tier ingredient for desserts, plus it gives a beautiful shade of pink! In combination with rosewater, dark chocolate, and cocoa cream, it becomes a luxurious, silky dessert you will adore.
Vegan Valentine’s Day Red Velvet Cake Pops
Kids ADORE cake pops, so I’m adding them to the list if you need some inspiration on what to send out to their friends as Valentine’s favors! The best thing is – you can use a boxed red velvet cake mix and marry it with some plant milk and applesauce to achieve the right consistency.
White Chocolate Chips Pink Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies are a classic, plus they make awesome gifts for Valentine’s Day for your significant other or friends at school/work! This is the most basic recipe with no special additions, but still phenomenal; you can spice it up with some freeze-dried berries if you want.
Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake
Cheesecake is a fan favorite, so I like to prepare it every time when in doubt. I like the addition of frozen strawberries and canned coconut cream into a classic cream cheese filling, as it gives a flawless texture and deepens the taste. P.S. This perfect shade of pink is because of beetroot powder!
Vegan Raspberry Cake
I’m the type of person who whips up the cake on any special occasion, so I simply couldn’t skip mentioning it here, as well. This cake has three components: raspberry compote, sponge, and pink buttercream, all perfectly balanced into a rich, crumbly bite.
Valentine Raspberry Heart Brownies
If you fancy a moist, fudgy, decadent brownie – this is for you! It is loaded with chocolaty flavors and freshened up with raspberries. The best thing is – you’re baking it as a regular brownie, then cut out the heart shapes with a cookie cutter!
Valentine’s Day Cranberry Chocolate Truffles
These are indeed fabulous chocolate truffles but, at the same time, super nutritious and antioxidants-loaded energy bites. It is a blend of raw cashews, dried cranberries, and coconut coated in dairy-free dark chocolate and sprinkled with rose petals for a final touch!
Vegan Strawberry Custard Cake with Red-Currant Jelly
Red currants are fantastic in desserts, and you could never change my mind – they are a tad tangy, sour, and tart, just enough to balance out and freshen up the sweet flavors of cakes! This is a classic cake – with vegan buttermilk-based sponge, vanilla custard, fresh strawberries, and red currant jelly on top.
