Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 3 oz maple syrup honey, or agave
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1.5 oz dark chocolate chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, your choice of sweetener, salt, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chunks.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
