Chicken Broccoli With Pasta

This recipe is perfect for ulcer and gastritis patients having a unique blend of pasta and chicken. Some say it goes as far as destroying the Ulcer causing bacteria.

12 oz Fresh and organic chicken breasts 1/3 tsp dried oregano 2 tbsp Virgin olive oil 1 piece Garlic clove Sea salt and pepper 1 tbsp Green pesto 1 oz Chopped asparagus 1/2 cup Shitake mushroom 4 oz Gluten-free pasta 2 cups Broccoli florets 2 tbsp Parmesan Fresh basil
Prepare the pasta as usual, following the familiar steps.
Add a little amount of oil to the pan and allow it to heat for a while.
Slice up the chicken, season them with spices and place them in the pan.
Allow the chicken to stir fry for about 7 minutes or until it is cooked.
Add the asparagus, garlic, broccoli, and the mushrooms and stir well.
Add the pesto and mix everything thoroughly. Allow the mixture to now fry for a little more time.
Pour in the pasta to the rest of the mix and stir well until it is all mixed.
Serve with parmesan and basil leaves with pepper sprinkled on top.
