Strawberry Glaze

Maybe you already used a store-bought strawberry glaze and thought: this is so hard to make! Well, you couldn't be more wrong. :D Strawberry glaze is easy to make and even easier to use.

2 cups Fresh Sliced Strawberries Washed and Cleaned. 1,5 cup Sugar 5 tbsp Cornstarch 1 tbsp Honey 1,5 cup Water
After you clean and wash the strawberries, mash them in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix well cornstarch and half of the cup of water.
Combine 1 cup of water, sugar and strawberries and bring them to boil in one pot.
After three minutes of boiling, slowly add cornstarch mixture to strawberries. Make sure you are constantly stirring to avoid any lumps.
Cook while constantly stirring until you get a thick texture. Then, remove the glaze from the heat.
Transfer the glaze to wanted container and let it cool completely.
After it cools, place the glaze in the fridge and use it in 5 days.
