- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound shrimps
- 2 cloves garlic
- 9 ounces green pasta spinach tagliatelle
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Shrimps and Vegetables
Make the Sauce
In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the diced zucchini to the skillet.
Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 3 minutes until the zucchini starts to soften.
Add the shrimps to the skillet with the zucchini.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimps turn pink.
Pour in the heavy cream.
Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then turn off the heat.
