Shrimps and Zucchini Pasta Recipe

Equipment

  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 medium-sized pot
  • 1 Sharp Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimps
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 9 ounces green pasta spinach tagliatelle
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimps and Vegetables

  • Wash the shrimps and check for any remaining shells.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Cook the green pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

Make the Sauce

  • In a deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the diced zucchini to the skillet.
  • Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes until the zucchini starts to soften.
  • Add the shrimps to the skillet with the zucchini.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimps turn pink.
  • Pour in the heavy cream.
  • Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  • Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then turn off the heat.

Combine and Serve

  • Drain the cooked pasta.
  • Pour the shrimp and zucchini cream sauce over the pasta.
  • Toss gently to combine.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
