- 1 pack Shady Brook Farms Rotisserie Flavor Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Rosemary (Chopped.)
- ¼ tsp Thyme
First, take the tenderloins from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature. While the meat is resting, preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Mix the seasoning with olive oil, and rub it evenly over the entire surface of the meat.
Place the tenderloins on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven.
To check if the turkey is done, use a meat thermometer — it should read 165 °F (75 °C). Make a small incision in the thickest part of the meat to check that the center is white, with no pink remaining.
After about 25 minutes, check on the tenderloins and tent with foil if the tops are browning too quickly. Be careful not to overcook the meat.
The tenderloins are done when they reach the proper internal temperature and the juices run clear.
Let the tenderloins rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
Enjoy your tenderloins with a side dish recommendation from the article!
