Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs salmon fillets
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper, chili, cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ lemon, only juice

Vegetables:

  • 5.3 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • red bell pepper
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Clean and slice the vegetables, season with spices and oil, and spread out on a baking sheet.
  • Wash and pat dry the salmon fillets. Season with spices, lemon juice, and oil. Place them among the vegetables on the baking tray.
