Main Ingredients:
- 1.1 lbs salmon fillets
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper, chili, cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ lemon, only juice
Vegetables:
- 5.3 oz cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 zucchini
- ⅔ red bell pepper
- Salt, pepper, oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
