  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Aluminum Foil (1 sheet)

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds pork steaks
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the pork steaks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Season each piece of meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a thin layer of mustard on both sides of each steak.
  • Place the seasoned pork steaks in a dish.
  • Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 2 days in the refrigerator for more flavor.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the pork steaks on the baking sheet, making sure there's space around each piece.
  • Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the foil.
  • Return the pork steaks to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Flip the pork steaks over.
  • Bake for another 15 minutes, until they are cooked through and have a nice color.
  • Serve the juicy pork steaks with your choice of side dish. Enjoy!
