Rinse the pork steaks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season each piece of meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of mustard on both sides of each steak.
Place the seasoned pork steaks in a dish.
Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 2 days in the refrigerator for more flavor.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the pork steaks on the baking sheet, making sure there's space around each piece.
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil.
Return the pork steaks to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Flip the pork steaks over.
Bake for another 15 minutes, until they are cooked through and have a nice color.
Serve the juicy pork steaks with your choice of side dish. Enjoy!
