If you want to take your butter chicken up a notch, here's an amazing way to make it even more delicious. This raita will give your Trader Joe’s Butter Chicken an added burst of flavor that’s sure to impress family and friends alike!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Trader Joe's Butter Chicken
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Mint Leaves

Instructions
 

  • To heat the butter chicken, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Then prick the foil with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  • Place the sheet on a baking sheet in the center of the oven and bake it for 25 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove the hot tray, let it sit for 1-2 minutes, remove the foil, and stir gently.
  • To prepare the raita, dice the cucumber, and chop the mint leaves.
  • Mix the cucumber, mint, and yoghurt together.
  • Serve your raita with butter chicken and enjoy!
