- 1 cup ripe bananas
- 12.3 ounces dark chocolate
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over a double boiler.
Mash the bananas into a puree.
Combine the melted chocolate and banana puree, then transfer to a cake mold. Use a 6-8 inch mold for a taller cake or up to 9.5 inches for a thinner one.
Refrigerate the cake for several hours or overnight, and decorate with chocolate pieces or ganache before serving. Enjoy!
