- 6 ounces celeriac root
- 1 apple
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ⅓ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Peel and grate the celeriac and apple.
