Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces celeriac root
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the celeriac and apple.
