- 7 oz sour cream 20% fat
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dill finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic grated
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ⅓ tsp salt
Finely chop the dill and grate the garlic and lemon zest.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
Serve with your choice of baked or smoked salmon.
