Breakfast Tortilla Wrap with Eggs

- 1 large tortilla
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices cheese
- Handful of lamb's lettuce optional
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a wide skillet over medium heat.
Quickly place the ham slices in the skillet and pour the beaten eggs over them. Add the cheese slices on top, then press the tortilla onto the eggs to make sure it sticks.
Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip the tortilla to warm it on the other side.
Transfer the tortilla wrap to a plate, add the lamb's lettuce if desired, fold it over, and serve with your favorite sauce.
