Let the butter soften at room temperature. Note that you shouldn't melt it completely because it shouldn't be hot and liquid, just softened.
Turn on the oven to preheat at 350°F (180°C). In the meantime, mix all the ingredients together for 1-2 minutes using maximum speed.
Use two spoons to form the balls and place them on baking paper, leaving enough space between each. They don't have to be perfectly shaped since the mixture melts while baking, so you will get the proper cookie-shaped cookies as a final result.
Bake for 10-13 minutes, but not longer.
Serve them with a glass of milk. Or, if you want to go wild, put some white chocolate chips on top before baking. In addition, you can also try serving them with some cream cheese frosting.

If you are planning on keeping them at room temperature, you should be aware that they can only last for two days because, after that, they become too hard. Note that they should be covered so they don't lose moisture.You can also place them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge.
