1 Air Fryer
1 Cutting Board
1 Knife
1 mixing bowl
- 1.1 lbs of chicken breast (500 g)
- 3 teaspoons of fajita seasoning mix
Or make your own fajita seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 3 bell peppers yellow, red, green
- 1 onion
- 6 tortillas
- 4.5 oz cheese like Gouda (120 g)
Optional Ingredients:
- 5.5 oz guacamole 150 g
- 6.5 oz sour cream 180 g
- 5.5 oz salsa 150 g
Slice the chicken into thin strips. Season with the fajita mix, lime juice, and oil. If making your own spice mix, combine all the spices with lime juice and oil, then use this to season the chicken.
Thinly slice the bell peppers and onion. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then mix with the seasoned chicken.
Cook in the air fryer at 390°F (200°C) for 6 minutes, stir, and cook for another 6 minutes. Alternatively, cook the chicken in a skillet, remove, then sauté the peppers and onion in the same skillet.
Warm the tortillas on a skillet with cheese until it melts.
Place the chicken and vegetable mixture on the cheesy part of the tortillas, fold, and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
