Basil Pistachio Pesto

Author: Laura Bais
Basil pistachio pesto is a vibrant, homemade condiment that combines fresh basil leaves with crunchy pistachios, rich olive oil, and garlic for a twist on the traditional pesto. The addition of pistachios introduces a nutty depth to the pesto, making it thicker and more textured than versions made with pine nuts. This versatile pesto can be spread on sandwiches, mixed into pasta, or used as a flavorful topping for meats and vegetables, offering a fresh and zesty kick to any dish.
