Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice ciabatta bread
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp stracciatella cheese
  • 3 slices Williams pear
  • arugula
  • splash of honey

Instructions
 

  • Spread the butter on the ciabatta and lightly brown it in a pan to bring out a toasty flavor.
  • Generously spread the Stracciatella cheese over the warm, toasted bread.
  • Place three thin slices of Williams pear on top of the cheese.
  • Lay the slices of prosciutto over the pear.
  • Top with fresh arugula for a peppery bite.
  • Drizzle a splash of honey over the arugula and serve immediately.
