Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb Costco Mahi Mahi Filets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • In the meantime, line a baking sheet with foil and place the mahi mahi filets in a single layer.
  • Pat the filets dry with paper towels. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Use your hands to coat each filet with the oil and spices gently.
  • Sprinkle the lemon zest over the filets.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145 °F (63 °C). The baking time will depend on the thickness of your filets.
