Equipment

  • Wire Rack/Metal Skewers/Butcher's Twine
  • Roasting Pan

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pack Butterball Rotisserie Turkey Breast Tenderloins
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth (You can use water instead)

Instructions
 

  • To start, remove the tenderloins from the pack.
  • Mix the seasonings with olive oil and rub it in your tenderloins. (Don't go overboard since they're already seasoned.)
  • Now, preheat the oven to 325° F. While it is heating up, place the tenderloins on a wire rack in a roasting pan and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, add about 1/2 inch of water or broth to the bottom of the roasting pan and place it in the oven. Then roast the tenderloins for about 50 minutes at 350 °F until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F (75 °C).
  • When the tenderloins are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Serve them with one or more recommendations from the list, and enjoy your feast!
