Instructions
To start, remove the tenderloins from the pack.
Mix the seasonings with olive oil and rub it in your tenderloins. (Don't go overboard since they're already seasoned.)
Now, preheat the oven to 325° F. While it is heating up, place the tenderloins on a wire rack in a roasting pan and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add about 1/2 inch of water or broth to the bottom of the roasting pan and place it in the oven. Then roast the tenderloins for about 50 minutes at 350 °F until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F (75 °C).
When the tenderloins are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
