Ingredients

  • 1 pack Butteball Extra Lean Ground White Turkey
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Large)
  • 6 Celery Sticks
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Ground Pepper
  • tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Dice the onion, bell pepper, and celery sticks. Mix the seasoning into the meat.
  • Heat your skillet over medium heat, and add olive oil. Wait for it to warm up for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the onions, and let them sweat. When the onions start looking glassy, add the other veggies and the ground turkey. Crumble up the turkey.
  • Cook at medium heat stirring occasionally, for about 6 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink. The temperature on the meat thermometer should be 165 °F.
  • That's it! You can serve your ground turkey over rice, in tacos, or go and wrap some burritos. Enjoy!
