Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Costco Chicken Alfredo
  • 4 Bell Peppers
  • 12 Asparaguses (medium)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook the Costco Chicken Alfredo according to the instructions on the package.
  • Slice the peppers, and set them on a baking sheet along with asparagus.
  • Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and roast for 8-10 minutes in the oven until fork tender.
  • Once ready, add them to your dish just before serving!
