Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-ounce Pack of Frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 tbsp Butter (You can use any oil.)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Finely Minced Garlic
  • ½ tsp Chili Flakes (Or according to your taste.)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out your frozen cauliflower rice in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with oil of your choice, add butter, salt, garlic, and chili flakes, and mix everything together until the cauliflower rice is evenly coated.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time so everything cooks evenly, until golden in color and crisp around the edges.
  • When it's done, serve it drizzled over with some lemon juice. Yummy! 🍽️🍽️🍽️
