- 1 12-ounce Pack of Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 1 tbsp Butter (You can use any oil.)
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Finely Minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Chili Flakes (Or according to your taste.)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out your frozen cauliflower rice in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil of your choice, add butter, salt, garlic, and chili flakes, and mix everything together until the cauliflower rice is evenly coated.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time so everything cooks evenly, until golden in color and crisp around the edges.
