1 pack Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cake Mix 1¼ cup milk 2 eggs 1 cup jam
Heat oven to 325°F for nonstick pan.
Stir Gingerbread Mix, milk and eggs in medium bowl until blended. Stir vigorously until well blended. Pour into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of pan comes out clean.
Let it cool a little and cut the cake into two each layers.
