Grab some salt, pepper and powdered garlic, and season that chicken well!
Once you are finished with seasoning, leave the chicken breasts in the fridge for at least one hour to 3 days. If you are not grilling it the same day, leave them in an airtight container or at least cover them with aluminum foil.
Pour two to four tablespoons of vegetable oil into a non-stick grill pan and heat it up over medium heat. When it’s heated, add chicken breast filets. Grill them for a few minutes on each side (approximately 6 minutes on each side, depending on how thin they are).
Put them on the plate to cool a little bit so you don’t burn yourself.
Preheat the oven to 350 F° (180 °C). Place the baking paper on the casserole dish or something similar.
Now spread BBQ sauce all over the grilled chicken filets and place them on the baking paper. About 2 tablespoons of sauce per filet will be enough.
Place everything in the oven for 8 minutes.
Serve BBQ chicken with the side dish of your choice.
Notes
In case of any leftovers, place them in the fridge for up to three days.
