Costco's Kirkland chicken breasts are easy to make, like any other chicken breasts. But I wanted to share with you how I often prepare them for my family. They taste sweet, savory and salty. Enjoy! :)
Thaw the chicken breasts. The best way to do that is to leave the chicken breasts in the refrigerator overnight. Alternatively, use the "Defrosting" mode on the microwave.
Make the marinade by mixing the following ingredients: soy sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, ginger, cumin and garlic.
Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and mix well, so the chicken absorbs the flavors. Leave it like that for at least 2 hours.
Heat up the oil in a non-stick pan. The heat shouldn't be too high because we want to avoid chicken being uncooked inside.
Bake the chicken breasts. When they get golden brown color, they are done. It will take you about 15 minutes. Just don't flip them constantly, so they don't dry out. Flip them only when you think that they are done on one side.
